…I realize I’m going to fail a bunch on my first tries. Gonna break a lot of eggs as it were.
I’m trying to prep my ego for this. I think the failing and trying is going to make this enjoyable. Not for me….at first.
Recently, I found myself browsing the aisles of Sur La Table…which can be hella dangerous. Financially. Luckily I walked out only buying a ravioli stamp.
Okay, that’s a lie. I also bought two cups and saucers… but they were cute and “treat yourself”…am I right?

I went straight to work on mozzarella+spinach ravioli. The stamp took pressure to cut out the ravioli and the filling took patience - to fill not to cook.
The final result was a 95% success rate. I had a few open on me in the water.
Anyways, I'm filling a jar of ideas up as we speak. Lots of ideas and dreams I have yet to conquer. I can't wait!
Oh, I know why they weren't 100% successful. I filled them too much. Feels like a metaphor or lesson is in there...
